About Me
I am Mantas Proscevicius and I am the mentor for Personal Development at Golden Attitude on Technical FX. Initially starting my mentoring journey in exercise, health and nutrition, I have started diving deeper into the realms of psychology, mental clarity, productivity hacks and biohacking.
Running various experiments on myself, I have tested my methods and strategies, using a variety of tools I have learned. I have always believed that in order for people to thrive, they don’t necessarily need to know every bit of information in the world, but instead to have the necessary systems in place, in order to create the patterns to reap the rewards in different avenues of life. After years of trial and error, I have combined these tools and started mentoring people online.
